Interesting Stone near waterfall

Hi, I am from Bulgaria. I saw this stone near waterfall high 2-3 m in a dere in West Balkan. If fact there are 2 more deres in the same plase which came in one later on afrer 20 m or so. Near there are also some stones of yellow sand material mixed with small broken stones as horasan on the slope in front of this stone? Maybe someone have some info on this stone or place? Thank you.

There are obvious signs on the rock. We can help you,if you add photograph the area where the rock is from every angle.
